The Gables on Main Street is a senior living community, which can accommodate up to 51 Coach Homes. The Single, Duplex and Triplex Coach Homes will sit on quiet private streets enhanced by lighted landscaping and green space. Paved walkways throughout the community will enhance the landscaping and provide safe walking and or biking access.

The design of the Coach Homes was created with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship with a focus on providing the highest level of independence for its residents. All Coach Homes are designed with a minimum of two bedrooms and two full baths featuring accessible walk-in shower and bathtubs. You will appreciate the spacious kitchen, which includes all major appliances, including range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and garbage disposal all complimented by wood cabinetry and handsome fixtures. Each Coach Home has its own individual climate-controlled heat and air conditioning. Careful design and consideration was made in the generous placement of phone, television and electric outlets. All homes boast wall-to-wall carpeting and attached garages with built-in storage.

Residents will have access to the Community Center, which will be fully ADA accessible and designed to accommodate small groups and gatherings in its Party Room. The Community Center will also have exercise equipment, guest suite accommodations and the office of the Director who will be available to assist you during business hours.

The Gables on Main Street Coach Homes will be developed as contracts are signed. As a resident of the Gables on Main Street you will own a life lease to your Coach Home. You will be guaranteed a percentage of your initial investment when you choose to leave and your Coach Home is resold.
